RecordZen provides a video journaling platform that allows users to record, store, and manage personal video content. The service includes features for daily video recording, content organization, and secure cloud storage.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to RecordZen. By uploading content, you grant us:

• A non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our services
• The right to make backup copies of your content for disaster recovery purposes

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting it. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your content
• Your content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or other rights of any person

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RecordZen to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or contractual relationship
• Upload, post, or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit functionality
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

6. Subscription and Payment

Some features of RecordZen require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice

7. Storage Limits

Your account includes a specified amount of storage space based on your subscription plan. If you exceed your storage limit, we may limit your ability to upload additional content until you either delete existing content or upgrade your plan.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Non-payment of fees

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your content after a grace period.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

RecordZen is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

In no event shall RecordZen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RecordZen, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service or violation of these Terms of Service.

11. Data Backup

While we maintain regular backups of our systems, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your content. We strongly recommend that you maintain local copies of any important content.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RecordZen operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
